If you are trying conduct a reverse phone lookup, the best place to start is Google. All you need to do is type in the number using quotation marks at the beginning and well as the end of the number you are looking for. Putting the number in quotation marks helps you to find the exact match and the results will show only those sites that contain the number that you have entered within quotation marks.
