We often get asked this question: "Gee, can you just walk into a family court and watch?" You can. Some procedures, you can. There are other procedures that you cannot. The saddest thing are the number of calls we get at our offices from divorced dads for help to see their kids at Christmas. While Christmas and holidays, it really comes down to looking at things differently. Part of it is understanding the process of celebrating Christmas, and not letting that process get to you.
