Compassionate Empowerment Is A Gift We Can All Develop

The Angels of Compassion are a group of Spirit-Beings who are seekers of truth for us, in our human lives. They can help us to remember that we are here on earth to help each other, and to be empowered, but not at the expense of our own emotional, mental or physical wellbeing.
The Angels say to us this:
"To be empowered beings we are required to have a strong sense of self. How do you create this when you are floundering in teachings from your past which have suggested less than perfect just as you are? You are able to turn off your hearing to older teachings in favor of new ones. But it is not without effort.
The steps you can take towards empowerment are these:
1. Trust your Inner-Voice: cultivate the inner-you through meditation. This only requires that you sit in stillness for 5 minutes a day. You are not trying to turn off the mind here, rather you can attempt to tune into the inner-self. As you sit in stillness your inner-self will immediately go into action. What images are you seeing, what voices are you hearing and what are these suggesting about you? Are you going over the day's events? Then, quietly take in a deep breath and ask to be shown how to worry less... Are you thinking about your children and hoping they are safe? Then again, take in a breath - say thank you to the world for their safety and then let it go. Focus now on a ball of what light encompassing your entire being and letting you rest in peace for a few moments.
2. Trust your Life: it speaks great wisdom to you. There is nothing that you have ever done, could do and want to do in your life that is 'wrong'. Empowerment is all about self-assurity. And to be self-assured you need to know who you are - you are Spirit living out a human life, how could there possibly be anything wrong here. Of course, you can take a better (most positive) perspective on life and this will help to draw in more loving experiences, but that's why you are reading this right? So the answer here is to remember that no matter who you are or what wrongs you think you have done in order to deserve less from life - you can change your thoughts to reflect a happier, more loving and therefore empowered self. Everything in this world is constantly fluid and changeable. And it does change. You are changing right now as you read these words (even if you don't agree with them, there is a change occurring within you...)
So, dear friends, we ask you today to remember that you are Divine Beings of Light. You can do no wrong and as soon as you remember this then you can build your future with great gusto - as it is in the hands of your empowered self.
