This way, customers will be able to use your salon for more than just a haircut. 3. Give Some Pampering. Make sure that customers feel relaxed and well taken care of while they are at your salon. It is nice to offer your customers a beverage while they are waiting or have a table displayed with cookies or any little small treats for them to take as they leave the salon. Little tokens like this will let your customers know that you are willing to make them as comfortable as you can while they are at your salon.
Remember that it takes work to be the best and you can't expect success overnight. I have personally seen these three things done at a few really successful salons. The most important thing is that you are just as concerned for your customers' satisfaction as you are about the success of your salon. These two things are tightly woven and will influence each other greatly. There are many things that go into creating a successful business, but these three things can help get your salon to the place that you want it to be.
