Business dealers then communicate with the market to make their goods known and to increase its demand. The company actually focuses on the wants of the customer and this type of marketing is known as SIVA i.e. Solution, Information, Value and Access. This is actually the word replacement for the 4Ps. The Public relations of the manufacturer is the final means of increasing sales.
