The result of eating disorder can freely be classified into two categories: obesity and starvation. These two have different causes and clearly different effects. But one thing is for sure, if you are in these conditions, you are unhealthy and therefore you need to follow a good weight loss plan.

A weight loss plan draws a list of what you should eat or not. It also contains other dieting schemes like exercising plans. Some weight loss plans involve seeing the doctor and taking some important medicines. Either way, whether you have a weight problem, diet problem, or you suffer from starvation due to other illnesses like anorexia or bulimia these tips on finding free weight loss plans should help you!

Are you fat, overweight or over nourished? Are you too thin, underweight or simply slim? These are all different things and they are all important. Knowing what your body and health's status spell the difference between eating healthy and killing oneself.

You weight should be very well balanced with your height as well as your age. There an indicator called BMI or body mass index. It measures the ratio of your body mass (weight) compared to your height. It indicates whether you are overweight or underweight. This is a great tool to know what weight loss plan you should take, or if you really need one to begin with. Your sole desire to be thin shouldn't be a reason to enroll under a weight loss program. You health, among other things should be considered first. Not because you think you are overweight means you are. Should an examination reveal that you need a weight loss plan, then its now time to set a realistic target. How much weight do you want to lose? How much calories do you want to burn each gym session? How many inches do you want to lose every week? Setting these numbers will guide you throughout your weight loss plan. The numbers should be attainable. These aren't just numbers after all; their values dictate how you will undergo with your weight loss plan. Losing 10 pounds may be attainable, but it is definitely not healthy. Losing 10 pounds in one week have a stronger chance.

You are what you eat, and unless you start eating healthy foods, you cannot be healthy. Check with your physician what works for you and your weight loss plan. There should be no conflict between these two. You diet should follow a certain classified plan. Do not eat as you feel it, rather eat food types as you need it. Balanced proportions of healthy foods like protein, meat, fiber, vegetables and healthy fats should help you attain your goals.

Start with the weight loss plan gradually. This is not a rollercoaster ride where you can be stagnant and be moving in a second (even rollercoaster rides need preparation). You are not a machine that can be turned on and off. You are a human body and your body follows biological rules. It needs to adjust itself with regimens.

These are just a few tips on how you can handle your free weight loss plan. Be healthy and be sure to follow your weight loss plan carefully.
