It can be anything you can think of and anything your little heart desires. For example, you may want to focus on what your child is dressed as in costume. For example, if your little one is dressed as a lion, you may want to title your page "So Cute, No Lion!" and then decorate the page with lion pictures and make the colors brown and orange.
Our next free Halloween scrapbook idea is a fun one. You want your page to reflect you and your family's personalities. Why not make a haunted house page in spooky colors of gray and black with a big haunted house in the center. Then take a picture of each family member making scary faces and paste them in the windows of the haunted house. You can even make it a "peep" house where you have to lift a flap on the window to see the picture.
