Yes, there are those store bought methods, yet there are also all natural ways to cleanse your body, making you rejuvenated when it is all said and done. From the breath you take to the step you make, your body will love you for it.

You are wondering what the next step is, surely. Well let us look at what you will need. There are many ways that you can go on this detox. There is a lemon water detox that is also noted for its popularity amongst Hollywood.

What you will need for this particular all natural body detox would be:

*Fresh Lemon
*Cayenne Pepper
*Drinking Water
*All natural Molasses

It is recommended that you drink at least 6-8 glasses of this concoction everyday for 3-7 days. You may want to start out slowly with cutting back to fresh vegetables for the first day or two and then eventually sticking to the lemon detox drink for the remainder of the time. It is entirely up to you, but recommended that you stay on the drink, exclusively, for three days.

This is a rule for this natural body detox. You won't regret it either, that it is for sure.

Basically, you mix a tablespoon of molasses into an 8-ounce glass of water, squeeze fresh lemon, and add the cayenne pepper for an added twist and taste. DO NOT use concentrated lemon. ONLY use fresh lemon.

There are other ways that you can obtain an all-natural body detox as well. Did you know that simply going on a juice detox could also be the perfect way to cleanse your body? It is not as demanding as the lemon detox, but it works well, just the same.

The best types of juice that you would benefit from would be fresh fruits. You get to make your own juice, so investing in a juicer is definitely a good investment.

You will want to make sure that you do an all-natural body detox at least 2-4 times a year. Let's look at some great fruits that you can use to make the best juices. You can mix them together as well, to make mixed fruit juices.

*orange
*pineapple
*grapefruit
*lemon
*lime
*strawberries
*seedless grapes
*bananas
*kiwi

There are more fruits; in fact, any fresh fruit could be used. It all depends on what you like. Then of course, some of us like veggie juices as well. There is a list of vegetables that are popular and make a great natural body detox drink.

The most highly recommended vegetables include:

*broccoli
*sprouts
*cauliflower

You can make a tomato based vegetable juice with these other vegetables, in a blender. Doing this is another great way to detoxify your body.

While there are many ways that you can detoxify your body, it reaps the most benefits when you maintain a healthy diet along with these natural body detox ideas.
