A pa system or to use its full terminology is an electronic amplification system that consists of a mixer, amplifier and loud speakers that are used to feed the voice through the systems to make it louder so many people can hear the music.
Acoustic feedback is always a pain. It occurs when your PA system's microphone picks up audio from the loudspeaker and transmits it back to the amplifier. Making sure you have chosen the right sound system helps to avoid this.
