So Exactly What Is An Arsonist

So Exactly What Is An Arsonist

How do some kinds of fires get started differently than others? You have fires that get started by accidents, or by nature, or by a person that we call an arsonist. These kinds of people are not someone that you would want to know in passing or as a friend.

This arsonist will start a fire just for the fun of it, or they might get paid by someone to start a fire for them. This person will do anything when it comes to doing a job for money, and they don't care if there are people in this building. They aren't going to go and tell these people that the building will be started on fire and that they had better leave; they will just start it and then leave.

To the person that does this job he can name his own price for the job. The people that will hire him will only do this to get money from their insurance company. These people have gotten better at it over the years, but so have the insurance companies. Now they won't just pay out money until the damage has been looked over by the fire department and when the ruling comes in, then and only then will the insurance pay out to the owners.

If this fire has been done by arson the insurance doesn't have to pay the owner, but the owner will probably be sued by all the renters. If the building was burned to the ground and the insurance company doesn't pay, the landlord will have to pay for all of his renters' belongings.

This could put this landowner in up to his neck so to speak. If he was trying to pay for his gambling debts, this would be one reason that he would do this. If the fire ruling goes against him he could be totally broke, and he would still have to deal with his gambling debts. Let's hope that he didn't go to a loan shark.

If you live in an apartment and you think that you see someone that doesn't belong there you might want to go and find out if he lives there. If you are really uncomfortable doing this you might just want to go to your apartment manger. Tell him what you saw, and ask him to check it out. Most of the time they will just be someone that lives there.
