Creat Your Own Easy Halloween Decorations

If you are looking for some easy Halloween crafts and decorations, you have come to the right place! While we cannot give you a whole lot of ideas in the space we have allotted, we can give you a few suggestions along with some great web sites you may want to visit so you can find your own easy Halloween crafts and decorations. When you use your imagination, you may be surprised at what you can come up with using common household items and a little ingenuity!

When we looked around the Internet for easy Halloween crafts and decorations, we found a great idea to decorate your walkway in skeleton or pumpkin luminaries. Basically, you take a simple brown paper lunch bag and cut out either a pumpkin face or a skeleton. Use spray paint to paint the bags either orange or black. Place sand in the bottom of the bag to weight it down. You don't want to use large candles to light the bags, so we generally recommend using tea candles or small votive candles inside glass votive cups. Place the candles into the sand and light for a nice, creepy effect and a great way to lead towards the treats awaiting trick or treaters on your porch!

Easy Halloween crafts and decorations are simple to come up with using your imagination. You can get the same effect of the luminaries by using simple Mason canning jars. First, take and cut out a pumpkin face or skeleton from a piece of paper. Tape the paper to the front of the Mason jar and spray paint with orange or black paint. Then place a candle inside the jar and you have a glass luminary!

Simple orange construction paper can turn into great window decorations you can add to your arsenal of easy Halloween crafts and decorations. Just cut out a pumpkin face and tape several to a window to cover the entire window. Light from behind with a simple table lamp and VOILA you have some great window peeps to greet visitors.

You can also take a simple candle and glue on decorations for more easy Halloween crafts and decorations. Use candy corn, black beading, sequins, or whatever your mind can come up with. Don't use hot glue as this will melt the candle. Simple white school glue will do just fine.
