There is on single best way to learn hypnosis online, indeed there are many different courses out there that will teach you different methods, and attempting to pinpoint any one of them as someone being superior would be absurd.

You therefore must try and arrive at your own decision and conclusion as to which course you believe to be the best for your needs. What is it about hypnosis that appeals to you, what do you wish to learn about it exactly? Do you even need to learn it online, has actually attending the clinic of a hypnotherapist entered into your mind at all, and is it a viable option you might consider? All you must quite simply do is imagine yourself doing something that involves a number, and once you reach the last number, something happens. Let's say for example there's a stair case, and with each step you take down the stair case, you feel yourself enter into the trance state more and more, until finally with the last step, you well and truly enter into hypnosis.

It's when you're in this state that you can then start to make changes to yourself, changes which will affect you for the better, and help the way you act and resolve situations. Let's say you're suffering from anxiety of some form, once you're in the deep hypnotic state, you can make changes to yourself to alter these anxious feeling you have, and replace them with more positive, helpful thoughts that you can start to take on board in your life, each and every day, to benefit you in many ways.

The more suggestions and thoughts that you given to your inner subconscious mind, through the power of hypnotic suggestion, the more changes you can make for the better in your life. For example, let's say you suggested to yourself that you'd always feel more confident. If you gave this suggestion to yourself constantly, perhaps once a week, then soon it would seep into your inner thoughts and determine the way you behave, you would effectively live out this thought.
