In this case, you will also need to consider the price of the catering services. Of course the foods you are going to serve your guests will greatly affect the cost of your catering services. You will need to negotiate with the venue in this case. In fact, the cost of catering will usually be lower if you provide fewer choices for the menu.
You will also need to consider the parking spaces available. You will need to consider the number of guests who will drive to the reception hall. You need to make sure that there will be enough parking spaces. If there are not enough parking spaces, you may need to advise your guests not to drive. You will need to prepare transportation for your guests in this case.
The decoration is also very important when the wedding venue is considered. You will need to ask if the venue will provide any basic decorations for you. You should also ask if there are any restrictions when you decorate your reception yourself.
