The television is overcome with different infomercials that claim you can spend only $100 on a property that’s worth thousands upon thousands. This system increases your chances of reaching out directly to a property owner who is about to let their property be sold to pay back taxes and would rather sell for less to you.
This system ensures that you’re not just grasping at straws when you reach out to potential sellers. It’s a targeted business method that gives you piece of mind. Soon, you’ll find that you know how many responses you’ll get by reaching out to a certain number of people, which will allow you to estimate how many properties you‘ll be able to buy. This isn’t a sales technique and it involves no calling on your part. By targeting the right people, the sellers will call you and you can make an offer to them. There’s no face-to-face time so it’s not uncomfortable if they don’t accept. You have nothing to lose, but everything to gain if they do.
