The television is overcome with different infomercials that claim you can spend only $100 on a property that’s worth thousands upon thousands. While most people are not naïve enough to actually believe this pitch, Jack Bosch was not so lucky. In 1999, after purchasing one of the manuals he saw advertised on this kind of infomercial, he discovered that you could not really buy a tax delinquent property for only $100. He was disappointed but determined and, after a bit of work and some revisions to the plan, he was able to come up with a system in 2002 that really does ensure you can buy a property for $100.
Without the assistance of a realtor, Jack has bought and sold over 5,000 properties since 2002. These properties have all been bought by him and sold all by himself. He decided that, in order to pay as little as $100 for a property, he had to find several tax delinquent property owners at once, contact them and offer more than just $50. In order to target the kind of owners who are tired of dealing with their properties, he came up with a special system. This system increases your chances of reaching out directly to a property owner who is about to let their property be sold to pay back taxes and would rather sell for less to you.
This system ensures that you’re not just grasping at straws when you reach out to potential sellers. It’s a targeted business method that gives you piece of mind. Soon, you’ll find that you know how many responses you’ll get by reaching out to a certain number of people, which will allow you to estimate how many properties you‘ll be able to buy. This isn’t a sales technique and it involves no calling on your part. By targeting the right people, the sellers will call you and you can make an offer to them. There’s no face-to-face time so it’s not uncomfortable if they don’t accept. You have nothing to lose, but everything to gain if they do.
