Making Use Of Strategy Notation

From a person's language, we can notice certain patterns forming. This is a basis for strategy notation. Strategy notation is a way of being able to create effective notes while eliciting a person's strategy.
First, let us start of with "Visual Elements". "Visual Elements" can be divided into "Visual External" and "Visual Internal" parts.
A "Visual External" strategy is used when looking at a red dress being displayed in a shop.
A "Visual Internal" strategy can be further divided into two types: The first is "Visual Construct". You can imagine yourself wearing a jacket or visually remembering where you recall yourself wearing a particular type of jacket.
Let us move on to the "Auditory Component". We can subdivide this into two parts. The first part is "Auditory Digital", which refers to a form of self talk and decision making. Here, you may not hear the sounds but you will be thinking to yourself.
An "Auditory Digital Element" contains the decision making elements. The second part is the "Auditory Tonal" which refers to sensory sounds. It can be subdivided into "Tonal Internal" or "Tonal External" sounds.
External sounds are those that you might hear outside like the phone ringing. Internal sounds are those that you hear in your mind, like the sound of a voice speaking to you.
Hence, "Auditory Tonal Internal" sounds are always either remembered or constructed. The constructed sound is like attempting to play the song "Baa Baa Black Sheep" backwards.
Finally, let us take a look at the "Kinaesthetic Elements" that can be divided into internal and external parts. The internal element could either be tactile or emotional.
Tactile feelings are imaginations of touching and feeling the sensation of a surface. For example, you could imagine touching the back of your head.
Emotions are those senses that we can give labels to. The external elements are broken down into tactile and motor elements. The external tactile element refers to your actual physical contact with the particular object.
For instance, if there is a window made of glass in front of you, touching it will allow you to feel what glass really feels like. The external motor movement refers to the muscle movements and actual movements such as moving your arm in a particular way, just like if you were to open a door, your arm moves in a particular way.
So, when we apply this to understanding a strategy, we will have to look at the strategy we want to elicit first. For example, if our outcome was to be confident, then we need to identify from various sources how to be confident. Using those sources, we will then apply our strategy notation to list out exactly how that person thinks and that sequence in which he or she thinks.
