Also consider the size of the people using the sauna when you're doing your research. Larger people will require a larger sauna and if the two people using the sauna are larger than average you'll need to look at three person saunas to ensure enough room for both. You don't want to be cramped and pressed up against each other in your new sauna.
If you're considering a larger sauna then make sure you've got room in the house for a large sauna. Also make sure that the place you're planning on putting the sauna has available electrical and plumbing connections nearby.
Those of you who are good with do it yourself projects are going to be a step ahead of the game in keeping costs down since doing it yourself will be the cheapest way to go. If you're really talented you can build a sauna from scratch, but this will be a very difficult and time consuming task. Most of us are better off just buying the sauna. You can also find sauna kits and simply assemble the sauna if you're comfortable doing so this can save you money as well.
A quality traditional hot rock sauna can go as high as $4000+, but by searching for a sauna sale you can get yours much cheaper. Take the time to do your homework and soon you'll be relaxing in your brand new sauna picked up cheaply at an online sauna sale. There are lots of cheaper saunas out there all you need to do is search.
