The reason that it should be learned prior to puberty is because it gives teens a constructive way to address their sex drive. This is so important because many young women do not feel that they can turn to a parent or elder for advice on the topic, so the best way to approach it is to teach them to deal with and process it themselves. Female masturbation provides young women with a healthy way to approach their sexuality, in the present day and for the future.
