If you are going to hire a live band, it will be perfect if some demo sessions can be arranged before you actually make the decision. From these sessions you will know how well they can play the music.
Remember, you are trying to hire the DJ or musician in order to give the best entertainment to your guests. You should try your best to find the most suitable vendor to this end. You should never choose a DJ or band carelessly otherwise it will just ruin all your effort when you are planning for your wedding.
