If you are reading this article you probably feel like a vice is clamped tightly around your heart and you have to concentrate just to breath. Your every thought is consumed with the fact that you once had your ex-girlfriend's undivided attention and now that she wants nothing to do with you, your life will be miserable without her. Well, not to put any added pressure on you, but you only have one chance to get her back.
Approach is everything. It's all about your state-of-mind. In order to effectively accomplish your mission of getting your ex girlfriend back, you must become the guy that originally caught her eye in the first place. If that means hitting the gym hard for a couple weeks, signing up for an intensive class in your area of interest, or even taking yoga - you will need to find a zest for life like you never had before.
We all want to be around that guy or girl that always seems like everything goes so smoothly for all the time. So why wouldn't your girlfriend want to be around you when she sees you genuinely happy and involved in productive, interesting activities. You want to be happy either way, with or without her, right? Then start by making yourself happy, then everything else will follow, namely your ex. Your new found happiness will spread to others as you come in contact with them. Interact positively with those most easily assessable and save the girl for last. Your friends, family, and your co-workers will sense your lust for life. You will soon get positive feedback and good vibes from others which will in turn instill confidence and drive. Soon you will be ready to take on the world, or in this case, your ex-girlfriend. When she comes in contact with you next she will be taken off guard when she sees that you are doing just fine without her, hence, the challenge re-born.
Let her learn about your new found happiness without overwhelming her. Your casual and confident approach will be irresistible in the way that she will believe that if she wants to be as happy as you are she will need to have you, again. Timing is crucial during this situational flip. Don't wait too long or John Doe may be courting your ex, but don't move too fast or your demeanor will seem more like an act. You need to involve yourself in your activities long enough to be authentically affected by them.
Now that your new relationship with the old girl is established and flourishing, suddenly fear creeps in, "How do I keep her?" Keep up the activities and positive behavior. Sure it's OK if you tone it down a bit as time goes on, but maintain that spice in your newly established relationship, not only for her but for yourself and you'll be a better person because of it. Positivity and productivity evokes happiness.
But remember, you only have one shot, don't blow it.
