Bathroom / Shower Sex Games - Rules of Engagement

Undoubtedly one of the best places to indulge in sex games is in the bathroom. Jut think about it: the scintillating smell of the bath soap, the sexy suds, the cascading water over your bodies... sexy! However, before you engage in sex games under the shower or in the bathroom, you should never forget certain `rules of engagement'.
Sex games rules are very important especially if you guys are just starting out to include sex games in your relationship. It is quite understandable that one of you (or both) is not that comfortable yet with sex games for many reasons, such as fear of embarrassing yourself, fear of being pressured into doing something that you really don't want to do, fear of physically (and thus, emotionally) hurting your lover and vice versa, and many others.
To prevent these problems, it is imperative that you and your lover establish certain ground rules when it comes to bathroom or shower sex games. Doing so has the following benefits:
You're forced to open up and discuss things that may or may not be bothering you regarding bathroom sex games.
You establish certain thresholds, which in turn make you more comfortable in engaging in shower sex games in the first place.
You establish deeper trust in your relationship.
Basic Sex Game Rules
When you pre-agree on certain things regarding sex games, you'll be more comfortable engaging in them and thus enjoy them more! Following is a quick rundown of common sex game rules.
Agree to both have an open mind.
Shower and bathroom sex games bring certain `dangers' to mind in many couples: slipping on the tub, banging your head against the wall, slipping and breaking your arm, etc. HOWEVER, why focus on the negative, right?
When you bring sexual playfulness into your relationship, it's important to establish right at the start to keep and open mind. Do not say no to something for fear of the unknown. Instead, give it a try! Who knows, you might end up liking it way more than you ever thought.
Agree to surprises.
One of the most wonderful aspects of sex games is the surprise factor. As such, don't be so hung up on `needing' to know what's going to happen. Just relax and try it. Think of it this way: the experience will reveal to you just how far your lover will go when it's up to him/her to surprise you with a sex game.
On the other hand, if you're the one surprising your lover, be responsible. For instance, you know that things can get very wet and wild inside the bathroom during a sex game so make sure rubber mats, rubber bathtub pillows, towels and maybe even a chair (to aid in getting in and out of the bathtub properly) is there to ensure safety at all times.
Agree to have a STOP word.
Not everybody has the same level of sexual playfulness inside or outside the bedroom. As such, it's important that you guys establish a STOP word that you can use during sex games to indicate that the game has reached a certain personal threshold.
When this STOP word is used, the other must fully respect the other's wishes and stop (or downplay) the sex game. This word must be treated seriously. If you still continue despite your lover saying the STOP word then trust in your relationship takes a serious downturn.
Agree to how much `information' leaves the bathroom.
Let's admit it. It's nice to be known as the `stud' who engages in sex games and wild lovemaking with his partner. Unfortunately, your lover may not agree to this information being leaked to all your friends. But then again he/she may be ok with it! You'll never know until you discuss it and agree to discuss or not discuss your wet and wild activities with others.
Some couples also like to engage in a little erotic video recording while doing their sex games. If you guys try this out, pre-agree on where to keep the video and if you guys should keep this just between the two of you or if you're ok if it's seen by others. Also, on the remote chance that you guys ever breakup, discuss now what's going to happen to that video. Unless of course, you both want to be Internet stars.
Bath and shower sex games are truly great ways to spice up a relationship. Talk about it with your lover and discuss and pre-agree on the items above. These will ensure that you engage in sex games truly comfortable with one another.
