You could take fresh water and fresh fruit juices instead of these drinks. Also, you must drink at least 3 liters of water everyday. Wash or peel the fruits and vegetables nicely before consuming them. You must avoid foods high in sugar but you could eat a chocolate bar occasionally. Do not overcook the food. It is better to prepare recipes by steam. Also, if you are addicted to alcohol then it would be better to leave the habit altogether.

Thus, eating right could keep you away from recurring yeast infections. Learn to prepare some healthy and tasty recipes so that you are able to eat even disliked foods easily. Remember that eating healthy food is the best way to keep away from reoccurring yeast infections.
