In the United States, geographic location makes a huge impact on the climate and landscape of your home. For example, some places are arid and brown while others are humid and lush. When you combine the low housing prices with a low cost of living, Arkansas seems even more attractive to a lot of home buyers.
In general, the northwest and central regions are more expensive because the Little Rock, Fayetteville, and Fort Smith are all located in those areas. And, as the three largest cities in Arkansas, they are also commercial and financial centers. If you don't mind living in a smaller city, a town, or on a farm, the prices get successively better.
