In addition, parents should always remember that helping troubled teens doesn't only involve out side-source programs. Parents can do many things in the home to help their troubled teen. Some of these things include, spending time with the teen on a regular basis, or eating meals together. Being consistent with the child by setting a specific time to spend with them each week can have a huge affect on the healing of your troubled teen.
