Extract concentration is how much "salvinorin a" (the hallucinogenic chemical) has been extracted and put back into the leaves. Purity means how much of the chemicals they washed off after extraction. You can find leaf soaked in extract at some head shops, that it pretty potent. I found that a good 10x extract only requires a moderate sized puff for a full blown break through.
Side effects include uncontrollable hysteria, an out of body experience, and a feeling of total confusion or near-madness. Buying salvia does not need to be difficult but be careful if you want to buy salvia using paypal.
