Well, if you feel troubled by the above questions, you are definitely not alone. While not all relationship are worth saving or can be saved, I do believe that most relationship can be salvaged, if you really know what must never be done and what should be done.
You should know that doing certain things have the potential to drive your lover even further away. Of course, there are also other things that you can do to win your ex back.

If by any chance, you have already committed some of the mistakes mentioned, don't panic. There are always things you can do to reverse the situation. Don't blame yourself too as we are human beings and are prone to making mistakes especially when we are feeling down.
So, what must I not do to get my lover back? (Take note that what is being said below apply to members of both gender. So it works for you whether you are a man or a woman.)
1) Don't argue with your lover about the break up
This is one of the most common mistakes made by many people. The reason why so many people made this mistake is because it is the most logical thing to do.
Unfortunately, being logical usually do not help the situation. In fact, arguing will make the matter worse. You may risk driving your lover even further away. Usually, if you try to argue about the break up, your lover will become more defensive.
2) Don't try to contact them too often
Don't try to do that, especially if your lover does not want to be contacted during this period. Give your lover some personal space. When you contact your lover too often, it can give him/her the impression that you are very needy. You certainly do not want to be perceived as such a person.
If you do not do the above two things, you will not spoil your chances to win your ex back.
