4. Find the ezines your target niche reads - and see what products have ads that run issue after issue. If someone is paying money for those ads, and they continue to run them, that means only one thing: those ads are making sales and generating profit.

Try doing a survey in forums and discussion boards to see what people really need , or you can build a web page with a survey form in it and drive some traffic to this page and see what people on the internet need in the niche you found , you can ask them what kind of information could help them in this topic and if you can give them what they need they will buy from you .
niche marketing can be one of the most profitable businesses on the net if you do it right , because if you find a new niche it can be an income stream by it self.
in this kind of business you are focusing in the things that people need but cannot find on the net , and you are offering this things to them which makes them buy from you .
