How to Start Conversations with Women

How to Start Conversations with Women

When it comes to learning how to start a conversation with a woman, one of the first and most important things that you can realize is that your body language and the tone of your voice are a great deal more important than the words that you are speaking. No matter where you are, or what the situation is, the true keys to beginning a conversation with a woman are going to lay in your composure and your body language.

You can watch a man approach a woman, and within the first few seconds of their conversation, it should be simple to tell whether or not the guy really knows what he's doing when it comes to women. And this alone determines whether or not he is going to be successful at striking up a conversation with the woman. Most guys tend to fall into voice tones and body language that is submissive or even apologetic in nature. Unfortunately, it gives the appearance that they are pleading for the woman to grant them the approval that they seek, as if they were self conscious and nervous about the entire event.

In other words, most men approach women with the air that they are wussing. On the other hand, all of the men who are successful at approaching women and striking up conversations with them are the complete opposite. The successful men are men who are calm, cool and collected from head to toe. They begin a conversation with a new woman as if she were an old friend, and there is no sign of insecurity or apologetic body language.

These successful men are not there to find out if the woman has any sort of approval for them. Instead, they are approaching the woman looking to determine whether or not she meets his standards. Think about how your behavior would change if you were only looking to appraise her, to find out if she is the type of woman you would like to know better. Wouldn't this provide a big shift in how you behave around a woman that you are not necessarily trying to impress?

When it comes time to approach women, it is important to prepare a little. Sit down and think about the situations where you most encounter women that you would like to get to know, and think about what is going on in their minds during that time. What are they doing? Where are they traveling to? Where are they coming from? Now start thinking about ways that you can strike up a conversation in situations like these. Remember that your goal is to figure out if she's your kind of woman. You are not trying to impress her or seek approval from her at all.
