Comprehensive Stress Management

A comprehensive approach to stress management is to make sure you deal with each part of stress. There are three major stresses that you have to deal with : physical, nutritional, and emotional. To be complete, each of these causes of stress need to be understood and acted upon.

Physical and structural stress

To reduce stress physically you have to do the most effective exercise
with the least risk of pain, injury, and death. Exercise must improve your strength, your endurance, your body tissue, and bone density. It must improve your flexibility and agility.

Physically, you must::

Know the difference between aerobic, anaerobic exercises and fit these both into your exercise program.
Know why should people exercise and take the steps to improve your health through exercising.
Know what is the definition of aerobic exercise and do some easy aerobics today even if it means going for a nice walk.
Understand what makes anaerobic exercising so important and how to begin this type of exercise.
Know the best aerobic exercise and work aerobics into your exercise without stressing more of your system.


Nutrition and how it is so vital to reducing your stress

Observe for a moment what you eat. Why do you create even more stress? Nutrition is the soil for your health. If you are stressed or sick your body is not rebuilding itself from inside the cells. To heal you need the right diet. You need the correct combination of minerals, vitamins and enzymes that are optimal for your body to heal and repair.

Nutritionally, to receive the best benefit you must:
Know how to define the basic nutrition.
Know what nutrition means to the body.
Know why is nutrition important when exercise.
Know how bad fast foods really are.
Understand the shortcomings of the food pyramid.
Know what are the basic food groups.
Know several ways to prepare food.

Repressing emotional stress will just come up as stress

All illness, disease, and malady has an emotional component. All health condition reoccur over and over unless the stuffed emotional components are found and corrected.

Emotional balance is paramount for removing stress and one of the most important aspects for maintaining a healthy life.

For emotional stability and control, you must:
Know how stress affects health.
Know how stress affects lifestyle.
Know how stress produces physical symptoms.
Know what do with negative emotions.

To do all these takes effort and energy but what else do you have? If you begin now you can really change your life. Tell someone what you will start today.
