Green Tea is all the rage at present and it's popularity is likely to increase in the next few years. So why has it become so popular with people who are trying to lose weight naturally? Well, let's take a look and see why!

Years, and I mean years, of research proves that people who drink Green Tea are more likely to shed weight faster than those people who do not drink it. However, it is not only good for helping you get rid of fat as it has many other health benefits, so even if you do not need to lose pounds, you should be drinking it now!

It also gives you natural energy. Having more energy is important when trying to lose weight. you need to exercise more to shed those pounds and Green Tea can help to give you that extra boost you need to keep going. Drinking it on a regular basis will give you more energy overall.

It will help to stimulate your metabolism. It is of course your metabolism that burns calories and turns them into energy.
