Working at home with your online business can be tough. You have to manage domains, hosting, marketing, content, SEO, networking, etc, etc, etc.
For most, this just isn't an option. They would get lost in the steps -- making your own website requires insane organizational skills. This is the greatest barrier for most -- this is the stopping point between wanting to work at home and actually doing it.
Here are three ways to keep your live more organized when you attempt to achieve your goal of working at home after you make your own website.
3. Use Paper
To some, this might sound like I'm blaspheming. But use paper. Go get a notepad, a pen, and write out exactly what you want to accomplish before you check your email, your stats, your revenue -- anything.
2. Have a Business Plan
If coaches didn't have a gameplan, they'd always lose. Your plan for your business is the crux of everything you do...it's impossible to succeed without one.
Figure out what kind of content you want on your website. Then figure out how you want to monetize it. Then how you'll market it. Then stick to those issues.
Without a plan, you'll be constantly working, but won't be nearly as efficient or organized.
