Choosing A Computer For You By Kenneth Scott
In this age of computers all of us are slaves to the machine! Whether it is for fun or work, at school or at home or merely for surfing the web, the computer has become an indispensable part of our lives. One can hardly imagine a life without the computer sitting in the corner of a room in nearly every house.
It stores information, processes data, aids in preparing presentations and above all allows us to surf the Internet. The Apple G4 Ibook is probably the epitome of all computers. Once you get this marvellous machine which offers standard gigs and a combo or super drive you cannot but help flaunting it around.
Most people who use a PC (and most of us do) are probably not familiar with Mac machines. But if you ask for advice from any computer technician who has some knowledge about various machines you will probably start to ponder at the merits of the Apple G4 Ibook.
Almost all computer users who have given up inertia and shifted from IBM machines to the Apple G4 Ibook have discovered a far superior product design. The superiority comes from the fact that the AppleG4 Ibook is a far simpler and easy to operate machine.
While IBM notebooks have a left and a right click option with the mouse, The Apple G4 Ibook offers only one click option. There is no right click. All commands are as simple as opening the apple and punching the letter which corresponds to the command. For example, Open apple N will open a new window in a search engine browser.
Copying files and folders to various locations is as simple as a click and drag. Hiding your icons is also possible with the Apple series of computers. And you only have to scroll down and the icons will magnify automatically for you to view. The virus control systems are more proficient and one wonders whether viruses attack only PCs or all computers.
Though there are a lot of choices when it comes to purchasing a notebook computer, the decision of which brand to purchase should depend on the proposed usage of the machine. Macs are highly recommended for video and editing requirements, PCs are better suited for gaming.
Though both kinds of computers can carry out most of the tasks that we might venture to accomplish using a computer, the decision ends with a personal choice or preference.
