If you do decide to end it differently, you should probably make sure it is still something very common. Many people will not go through the effort of trying to find your sight if they don't get it right the first time. Just keep it simple with a .com ending.

If you want everyone to remember your site and what it is all about, you might want to add some sort of descriptive words into your domain name. This a great way from them to not only remember you and your site, but what it is all about too. If your domain name describes your site it will be easier to remember it.
You may also want to keep in mind that many reader will come across your page with the help of search engines. If they have never even typed in your website before it may be harder for them to remember it. Having a good descriptive domain name can really help your readers out so that it can help them remember it.
There are a lot of different ideas of how to pick a great domain name. If you are truly worried about whether or not your domain name is catchy enough, you could ask a few friends for some advice before you settle for anything. Try a few names out and see which ones get the best reaction.
