It has been one of the most wonderful and exciting experience learning from ordinary individuals achieving extra ordinary feats. The feats can include the inspiring the young generations, overcoming the lowest point of their life and achieving huge success or building a championship team to win the hearts and minds of others. It has always been a great inspiration and motivation watching these individuals achieving such feats.
There are so many of such inspiring figures that have shared valuable knowledge and great learning points. Such important lessons includes firstly, building a vision to reach the goal. How does one build a vision? A significant learning point of building vision is through what we say and think about ourselves. What we say and think to ourselves can play a huge determining factor in whom we become. For example, if we say and think positive things about us like " I am going to reach my goal and I won't quit till I reach my goal", our minds will be trained to think in that positive manner.
Another important learning factor in building vision from such individuals is even when they are at the lowest point of their life, they still walk, talk and think like how successful people do. They become successful in their own eyes even before they reached their success. Ultimately, they train their vision of reaching success and turn it into a reality.
Apart from building vision, another significant lesson
learn from such individuals is taking responsibility for actions taken. It can be observed that these individuals do not complain and blame others when face with a challenge. When facing the challenge, they take responsibility and create ways and methods to solve the challenge. They use their strengths and take control of the situation well. Through accountability and responsibility in their actions, such individuals achieved great feats.
Thirdly, such individuals have great leadership qualities. Lessons from their great leadership qualities include having big dreams, great management skills, superb positive attitude, excellent determination, fantastic persistence and high level of integrity. Such individuals become great leaders such that others will be inspired by their leadership qualities. They earned great respect from others. When they talk, people would want to listen to them.
We can grow a lot by learning great qualities from such ordinary individuals that achieve great feats. Through observing and learning from them, it can certainly inspire and motivate individuals to reach for their goals themselves.
