A Candida Cleanse By Beatrice Stephenson
A Candida cleanse is something necessary if you wan to cure your Candida infection permanently. Along with the diet, that takes about one and a half to two months, you should take a colone cleanse along with it. There are many different cleanses on the market. For eliminating Candida you should have one that contains psyllium and artichoke. They can effectively cleanse your fungus out of your intestines. Garlic is really effective too, I experienced that myself when I did my big Candida cleanse. I took cloves every morning, that I split in peaces and swallowed. Everyone might not be able to do that though, but you can take capsules instead, just see to it that they are high quality ones that doesn't contain any artificial substances as well. Vitamin C helps to push the candida out, and it's good to take big amounts of it during the cleanse. You can't over dose vitamin c, so it's nothing to worry about from that point of view. All surplus comes out the natural way.
In the beginning you will probably be quite tired and experience the so called "die off" symptoms. That means the symptoms will worsen. It goes on for some days, maximum a week usually, after that you will be symptom free. Remember that the "die off" symptoms are a good thing, they mean that your body is cleansing and that the Candida is dying. If the symptoms get too intense and you get very uncomfortable, you can lower the level of cleansing for a couple of days. Take the colon cleanse every other day and cut the garlic out for a while. This way the cleansing slows down and you might handle the symptoms better.
The cleanse can be a challenge in the beginning, but once you feel better you will think it's worth while. You will be so much more energized, with no bloating or reoccurring yeast infections anymore. You will simply get your life back.
